Private Training Studio
Our private training floor is equipped with all the essential equipment to cater to your individual fitness needs. Our trainers will work with you to create personalized workout plans and provide guidance to ensure you get the most out of your training sessions.

EDUCATION
Our facility is built on the foundation that understanding movement, health, and training is the key to long-term success. That’s why everything we offer is designed to empower our members with knowledge.
As part of our education-first approach, we provide daily workout plans these are structured to help take the guess work out of planning workouts. you come into VZ, see what's on the board and give it your best shot. This is designed to be a way where you can try different forms of movements and patterns. Members also have the opportunity to purchase personalized, programmed training plans.
To support continuous learning, we host monthly drop-in sessions where members can ask any exercise-related questions in a group setting. These sessions are led by our knowledgeable trainers and offer in-depth guidance on everything from training methodology to recovery techniques.
We also provide a members-only chat box for quick questions — for those moments when you need quick advice or clarification. For more detailed topics, we invite members to bring their questions to the monthly sessions, or to dive deeper during one-on-one training discussions with our Personal Trainers.
