Membership and Service Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund window for all new memberships, including gym access, group fitness classes, and personal training group fitness sessions. This means that if you decide to cancel your membership within 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued.

Eligibility for Refunds

The refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
The refund will only cover the membership fee and does not include any additional services or products purchased (e.g., merchandise, private training sessions outside of group fitness, etc.).
If you have attended any classes or used the gym facilities during the 7-day period, a prorated fee for the days used may be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Items

After the 7-day period, no refunds will be granted for memberships, group fitness classes, or personal training sessions.
Memberships, once processed, are non-transferable and non-refundable outside of the 7-day window.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at Vzthept@gmail.com within the 7-day period. Please include the following details in your request:

Your full name
Membership type and date of purchase
Reason for requesting the refund

Our team will process your request promptly and notify you of the status of your refund.

Changes to the Refund Policy
VZ reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and/or email. Please review the policy regularly.
